Jon Haverly

After a 34 year career with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Jon has launched a second career in real estate.  He worked extensively with banks and other resource partners.  He has a keen knowledge of secured financing and the pitfalls of improvident financial decisions.  Jon realizes that buying real estate, whether a home or commercial property, involves emotions and aspirations, but he also is acutely aware that there are serious financial considerations and consequences.  He is ready to assist you in making these important decisions.

Jon believes that there should never be pressure to make the sale.  He believes that a well-considered decision will provide the best satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.

Jon has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor, all from the University of South Dakota.  He has two children, Alexander and Katherine both presently attending USD.  Jon lives in Sioux Falls with his wife Tammi and their golden retriever Kaia.
